Senator Davis requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 13(efd fld) "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for                                                                
medical assistance for certain children and pregnant women" be taken                                                            
up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An                                                                  
Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for                                                             
certain children and pregnant women; and providing for an effective
